I was almost fooled in to thinking it was summer. The dazzling sun played off the newly unfurling leaves. We sat and sipped tea while the warm spring air breezed in though the open bay window of their London flat. We talked and laughed and got to know each other. Claire and Guy poured over my sample albums and together we discussed all the details of their big day, less than two months away at the beautiful South Farm , in Hertfordshire.
In the next few weeks they will be moving to a house in a little village, moving to the more rural life they love, out of the big city, and they will grow herbs and vegetables and start as they mean to go on. I can see why South Farm is such a perfect match for them.
We headed out to stroll around Crystal Palace Park, London, in the gorgeousness of the day. Claire and Guy assured me that they were no good in front of the camera, and I assured them they were wrong….no doubt about it. As we laughed and joked, they realised they were having fun, and their beauty as a couple really shone. They are so playful and just light up together. Claire’s stunning colouring and guy’s charming smile. A disarming combination.
